Fichte Endl & Elmer Eyecare hosted a free educational laser cataract surgery open house at its still fairly new site on Porter Road. The Monday evening event was the first of its kind for the partnership at this facility.
Coordinator for Marketing and Outreach Kathleen Otto said the business has been running lunchtime sessions like this at its Amherst location, but received some feedback asking for events in the evening and in the Falls.
